SIP protocol

The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an IETF-defined signaling protocol,
widely used for controlling multimedia communication sessions such as voice and
video calls over Internet Protocol (IP).

See rfc3261 for more info.

Flashphoner works in any environment wich does not violate the SIP specification and related specifications RTP, SDP, e.t.c.;
