Solution: update JDK to the one of recommended versions: 8, 12, 14.
11. Streams with stereo audio track are playing in Chrome, Chromium-based browsers and Safari as mono downmix.
Symptoms: when stream is published with stereo audio (for example, from OBS), it is playing in Chrome as WebRTC with mono audio, the sound is the same in both channels
Solution: this behaviour relates to Chromium bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/webrtc/issues/detail?id=8133 and affects Webkit too. To play a stream with stereo sound, it is recommended to use MSE or HLS in browsers.
