Usage billing

WCS server participates in the billing if server process is running and license is activated.

If an 1-hour interval within a month is detected when N servers were used simultaneously, then it will be billed for N * $75 $145 for that month.

If several such intervals are detected within a month then it will be billed according to the interval of maximum usage.

For example, usage of 2 servers was detected on June 15 in 9am to 10am interval, and usage of 3 servers was detected on June 30 from 16pm 4pm to 17pm5pm. As the result, it will be billed

for 3 servers for June.

Debit and license renewing procedure

A billing cycle is counted from a date of purchase of a license in segments of 30 1 calendar daysmonth. For example, if the license was purchased on October 14, the billing cycle ends on November 14. If the license was purchased on October 31, the billing cycle ends on November 30. Then:

1. At the end date of the billing cycle, the number of servers used is calculated. The license is ACTIVE.

2. Two days later, periodical charge-off and license renewing attemps attempts begin. The license becomes PAST DUE.

3. Three days later, if no charge-off attempts were successful, The the license becomes EXPIRED, and servers work under this license is blocked.
